Our Company has assembled a top team with experience in forestry and logging, pulp and paper, invention, engineering, new business creation, environmental and manufacturing consulting and management consulting.

Kelly O'Flynn, Founder, Co-inventor and President

For 25 years Mr. O'Flynn has worked in the forestry industry in British Columbia. Prior to Founding Fortune Forest & Lignin Co. S.A. de C.V. and co-inventing this technology with Mr. Rodriguez, Mr. O'Flynn operated his own logging Company for 8 years as well as invested in mining properties in Mexico and prior to that worked for several different companies in the forestry industry. Mr. O'Flynn will serve as Director, World-wide Operations and President.

Lani O'Flynn, Vice President

Lani O'Flynn has been actively involved in the business for the past 5 years and providing administrative support. For the past two years Mrs. O'Flynn has been actively involved in supporting the filing of the patent information and responding to enquires from the government agencies regarding the patent filing. Mrs. O'Flynn will serve as Manager, Operations, Sales and Marketing.

Antonio Rodriguez

Antonio is the founder and co-inventor of the NCRP. He has spent the last 20 years finetuning and perfecting the process and is head of operations in Mexico.

Antonio Diaz

Mr. Diaz has his masters in science and applied analytic chemistry and has been a long-time engineer and professor at The Technological Institute of Durango, Mexico. With an extensive and impressive background in environmental and chemical sciences, Mr. Diaz has and continues to serve as PLET's chemical and patent advisor.

Ken Gardner

Mr. Gardner has been involved with new technology development and commercialization over the past 25 years. Mr. Gardner designed and patented a waste oil filter recycling process in 1990 and commercialized the technology in 1991. Between 1992 and 1996, Mr. Gardner managed the commercialization of the Vortex Gasification Technology. Over the past 20 years, Mr. Gardner has developed new technology for corporations and for his own businesses. Mr. Gardner has provided executive business management and project management in General Contracting and Butler Steel buildings, Industries in oil and gas field construction and maintenance, commercial, industrial building design and construction and project management of Mr. Lube Canada and Mr. Lube US building expansion and construction in five provinces and four states in the US. Mr. Gardner is the major shareholder of N.E.A.T. Environment, Inc., which is a privately held B.C. registered corporation.

For the past six years, the company has been commercializing two new technologies. The first includes chemical treatment and electro-coagulation, designed to clean up Heavy Metal Contaminated wasted water from mines. The second technology is an industrial electroplating process.
